Warsaw UNIT is a modern and timeless architectural office building, offering approx. 57 000 m of efficient office space across 45 floors.

The building's name, Warsaw UNIT, refers to the unique architecture of the tower, its modernist roots, and the individualism of the project, in which the individual is most important: human.

One of the most interesting elements of the Warsaw UNIT architecture will be the use of Dragon Skin elevation in part, i.e. a kinetic façade, composed of several thousand moving tiles.

Warsaw UNIT will be BREEAM certified ‘Excellent’.

They have chosen three Aqua illi dispensing boiling, chilled, and sparkling water for their refreshment areas.
